Express Courier: Arrival within 1 business day and provides tracking. ORDER before 12 noon

USA orders

USPS: Arrival within 4 - 6 business days. Provides tracking.

Royal Mail Insured: Arrival within 1-8 weeks. There is great variability for how long customs take to process your parcels and the postal system in the receiving country itself.

Courier: Arrival within 2-5 business days and provides tracking.
 

EU orders

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the postal address supplied is correct. The customer is also responsible for any taxes, duties or charges occurred within your own country.

We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur in your country for customs clearance checks so please allow time when ordering for shipping and customs clearance.

UK - Royal Mail 1st Class

Orders are shipped usually within 1 working day. During busy times this may be 1 - 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday will usually be the next working day, Monday.

Express Courier Next Working Day

Orders are shipped usually within 1 working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched Monday. Couriers do not deliver on bank holidays and while every effort is made to deliver next day sometimes delays occur.

USA USPS

Arrival within 1-2 weeks. Provides tracking. Orders are shipped usually within 1 working day. During busy times this may be 1 - 2 working days. 

Royal Mail Insured

Orders are shipped usually within 1 -2 working days. During busy times this may be 1 - 3 working days. This method has no tracking. The order can usually take between 1 to 8 weeks. At busy times of the year or coronavirus lockdown please allow for delays.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to cancel your order you will need to advise quickly via our contact us page or email us at sales@blossomsugarart.com Please give your name and order number and state that you would like to cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the delivery and then return it. You will be responsible for the cost of the return.

I want to change my shipping address

If you have placed an order and would like to change the address, you will need to contact us on the contact page.

For orders that have shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Unfortunately we are not able to refund or send replacement orders where an incorrect address has been entered. You may personally be able to contact the address where the item has shipped or to wait until the package is returned to us, this will happen if the resident at the address refuses the package.

My tracking link does not work

If you have selected a tracked service then you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. Do I have to pay duties or custom charges?

UK - No, there are no additional costs to pay.

EU – No, you will not be charged any additional duties.

Rest of the World – Perhaps. Sometimes orders are charged local duties, taxes and fees according to the country. You are responsible for these charges and we have no control over what charges your government applies. Please check your local customs department for more information.

I think my order is lost

Usually Royal Mail are very good at delivering parcels, but on the rare occasion parcels can be delayed or go missing. Please allow the following time periods before contacting us that your parcel has been lost. Sometimes customs can delay an order, or it may be a busy time of year when delays are likely to occur. We cannot ship out replacement orders until the following time periods have passed.

UK – 10 working days

EU – 20 working days

Rest of the World – 56 days

Please send items back within 60 days (usually 30 days).  Buyer is responsible for cost of returning item.  Please take proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit being returned.  Once we receive the items back we will process your refund or exchange.
