What shipping methods are available and how long will it take?

UK - Royal Mail 1st Class &  1st Class Signed For

Orders if placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday UK time usually arrive the next day.  Orders placed on Friday will usually be shipped Saturday morning.  The Signed For service will require a signature.

DPD Next Working Day

Orders place before 2pm Monday to Thursday UK time will be delivered the next working day after dispatch.  Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched Monday (we can ship Royal Mail on Saturday mornings)  DPD do not deliver on bank holidays.

EU - Royal Mail Air

Orders if placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday UK time will usually ship the same day.  Orders placed on Friday will usually be shipped Saturday morning. This method has no tracking. The order can usually take between 3 to 5 working days, however it may take longer depending on your local service or where you live.

Royal Mail Signed and Tracked

You will receive a tracking number for your shipment which will be email when we dispatch your order.  The delivery can usually take between 3 to 5 working days, however it may take longer depending on your local service or where you live.  This service requires a signature on delivery.

Rest Of the World - Royal Mail Air

Orders if placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will usually ship the same day.  Orders placed on Friday will usually be shipped Saturday morning. This method has no tracking. The order can usually take between 5 to 7 working days, however it may take longer depending on your local service or where you live.  It can occasionally take up to 25 working days if customs in your country holds the order.

Royal Mail Signed and Tracked

You will receive a tracking number for your shipment once the order is dispatched.  The delivery can usually take between 5 to 7 working days, however it may take longer depending on your local service or where you live. This service requires a signature on delivery. It can occasionally take up to 25 working days if customs in your country holds the order.

I would like to order from Europe or the Rest of the World but prefer to use a courier.

Where are my items?

My order has not yet shipped – Orders placed before 2pm UK time Monday to Thursday will usually ship same day.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.  Orders received on Friday will usually be shipped on Saturday morning if Royal Mail has been chosen. We are out of the office on Fridays.

My order has already shipped - You would like to cancel your order to get a refund or exchange, then you will need to return the goods to us (excluding boxed sets containing edible items such as Tylo and lustre dusts) Postage for returns will need to be paid for by you and items must be in an unused resalable condition.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to cancel your order you will need to advise quickly via our contact us page.  Please give your name and order number and state that you would like to cancel the order.  If the order has already shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the delivery and then return it.  You will be responsible for the cost of the return. 

I want to change my shipping address

If you have placed an order and would like to change the address, you will need to contact us on the contact page.

For orders that have shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.  Unfortunately we are not able to refund or send replacement orders where an incorrect address has been entered.  You may personally be able to contact the address where the item has shipped or to wait until the package is returned to us, this will happen if the resident at the address refuses the package.

My tracking link does not work

If you have selected a tracked service then you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. It may take up to 48 hours to become active if shipping outside the UK. If you still cannot track your item after 48 hours please use the Contact Us page.

Do I have to pay duties or custom charges?

UK -  No, there are no additional costs to pay.

EU – No, you will not be charged any additional duties.

Rest of the World – Perhaps. Sometimes orders are charged local duties, taxes and fees according to the country.  You are responsible for these charges and we have no control over what charges your government applies.  Please check your local customs  department for more information.

I think my order is lost

Usually Royal Mail are very good at delivering parcels, but on the rare occasion parcels can be delayed or go missing. Please allow the following time periods before contacting us that your parcel has been lost.  Sometimes customs can delay an order, or it may be a busy time of year when delays are likely to occur. We cannot ship out replacement orders until the following time periods have passed.

UK – 10 working days

EU – 20 working days

Rest of the World – 25 days
