We ship all our products from Middlesex, UK, via Royal Mail.
We aim to process and ship within 1-2 working days. Please add as a comment to your order if you need it by a certain date. Please contact us via email if you have any questions regarding shipping costs.
There is no minimum order, however multiple items will usually be more economical to post compared with single items.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
If we are expecting backordered stock to arrive, we may postpone shipping your order to allow us to ship it complete. If an extended delay is anticipated (more than one week), we will refund your payment for the out of stock item and notify you when we expect it to arrive.
RETURN POLICY
At Blossom Sugar Art we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product we will gladly replace it for you. Please return unwanted product as follows:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Pack the product well as we cannot accept products damaged in shipment back to us.
